These Terms of Service govern your use of the NeuroPlan Hub website and services, operated by Tutu Folorunsho (“NeuroPlan Hub”, “we”, “us”) based in Milton, Ontario, Canada. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
NeuroPlan Hub provides autism life planning services, including:
- The Ecosystem Audit — a free self-assessment tool for autism families
- The Clarity Session — a free 30-minute consultation call
- Paid planning engagements (terms for paid services are set out in a separate service agreement provided at the time of engagement)
Not a clinical or therapeutic service
NeuroPlan Hub is a planning and coordination service. It is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advisory service. Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or legal counsel. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, therapeutic, legal, and financial decisions.
Free tools and consultations
The Ecosystem Audit and Clarity Session are offered at no cost and with no obligation. Completing the audit or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship or guarantee the availability of paid services.
Paid engagements
Paid services are governed by a written service agreement provided before work begins. That agreement will specify scope, fees, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any service agreement.
Parent-owned workspaces
All client workspaces built through NeuroPlan Hub are owned by the parent from the outset. NeuroPlan Hub does not hold, host, or retain ownership of any family data. The parent controls the workspace and grants NeuroPlan Hub time-limited access for the duration of the engagement.
Cancellations and rescheduling
For free Clarity Sessions: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. We understand that things come up — if something unexpected happens, just reach out.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the NeuroPlan Model, written content, and design — is the intellectual property of NeuroPlan Hub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our content without written permission. The Ecosystem Audit is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroPlan Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
