Is this coaching?
No. NeuroPlan Hub is an autism life planning practice. Sessions are hands-on working engagements where we build real outputs together. You leave each session with something structured, portable, and usable.
How long is My NeuroPlan?
Six months. The first three months are weekly one-hour Zoom sessions where we build your complete plan. The last three months are monthly check-ins while you put the plan to work in real life.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are held virtually via Zoom. If you are local to Milton, Ontario, in-person options may be available on request.
Do I need to have my documents organized before we start?
No. Organizing what you have is part of the work. You complete the Ecosystem Audit and a short intake form before we begin, so we can start building from the first session.
What does my child’s plan actually look like at the end?
A complete, living plan you own. It holds your NeuroPlan Child Compass, your NeuroPlan Parent Vision, your providers and documents, your routines and systems, and your milestone roadmap to adulthood. You can update it, share it with providers, and keep it for as long as you need.
What if I am not sure this is the right fit?
Start with the free Ecosystem Audit. Your results will give us both a clear picture. Then book a free Clarity Session and we will confirm the right fit before you apply for anything.
What are the payment options?
$4,999 CAD paid in full, or $899 per month for six months. Paying in full is the better deal and locks in the founding price for this cohort.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. I work in focused cycles and protect the depth and quality of the work for every family I serve.
