When the parent arrives prepared,
your work starts from clarity.

NeuroPlan Hub works with parents to build a structured, living plan for their child across five domains of life. When that family comes to you, you receive the picture fully formed. Not rebuilt from scratch in the intake meeting. Ready from session one.

Get in Touch
The difference it makes

Research consistently shows that strong parent-provider collaboration produces measurably better outcomes for autistic children. The barrier has always been time and structure, not willingness.

NeuroPlan removes that barrier. The parent arrives with the structure already built. You begin where you should begin: applying your expertise.

What You Receive

Prepared families.
From session one.

01

Start from clarity, not reconstruction

When a family has a NeuroPlan, you receive the NeuroPlan Child Compass before your first session. Communication styles, regulation strategies, triggers, routines, history, and what has worked. Everything you would spend the first three sessions gathering is already organized and ready.

02

Spend your expertise on what matters

Your time is expensive and limited. The intake process should not consume it. When the parent has already organized the foundational picture, you use your expertise from day one instead of spending it on reconstruction.

03

Better outcomes for the child

Children make more progress when providers understand the full picture from the start. The research is consistent on this. A NeuroPlan family gives you that picture in a format designed for exactly your kind of handoff.

04

No cost, no agreement, no obligation

Referring a family to NeuroPlan Hub costs nothing. There is no formal partnership agreement required. Point a family toward the free Ecosystem Audit and we handle the rest. If a family you work with would benefit, that is all it takes.

The Document You Receive

The NeuroPlan
Child Compass.

The Child Compass is one of the two foundation outputs built in the first sessions of My NeuroPlan. It holds everything significant about the child in one organized document.

It is designed to be shared with any professional entering the child’s life. One document. Everything you need to start well.

Who they are Personality, strengths, how the child experiences the world, what makes them feel safe and understood.
Communication How the child communicates, what works, what to avoid, and what signals look like when they are struggling.
Regulation Triggers, de-escalation strategies, sensory profile, and what the parent has learned works over years of lived experience.
Routines Daily structure, what holds the child’s stability, and what disrupts it.
History Diagnosis timeline, previous interventions, what has been tried, what worked, and what did not.
Support needs Current accommodations, active goals, and the context a provider needs to align their work with the family’s direction.
Who This Is For

Any professional who works
alongside autism families.

Schools and educators

IEP teams, resource teachers, and educational assistants who need a complete picture of the child before the school year begins or during transition periods.

Therapists and clinicians

Speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavioural consultants, and psychologists who want to begin from context rather than spend sessions gathering it.

Transition and support workers

Professionals navigating the transition to adulthood with families. The NeuroPlan Direction domain maps exactly the territory you work in.

How It Works

Referring a family takes
one conversation.

01

Point the family to the free Ecosystem Audit

The audit is free, takes 15 minutes, and gives the family a clear picture of where pressure is highest across the five domains. It is the natural starting point for any NeuroPlan conversation.

02

The family books a free Clarity Session

After completing the audit, they book a free 30-minute call with Tutu. That conversation determines whether My NeuroPlan is the right fit and what the engagement would look like for their specific family.

03

The build begins and the Child Compass is created

In the first sessions of My NeuroPlan, the Child Compass is built. When the engagement is underway, the family can choose to share the Compass with any professional in their network, including you.

04

You start your work from clarity

The next time that family comes through your door, you have the full picture before the first session. No reconstruction. No gaps. Full depth from day one.
